IT support & helpdesk

IT support for businesses in and around Poznań: one call instead of five problems

You don't need a full-time IT person for your IT to run like a big company's. I take care of computers, network, email and backups — remotely day to day and on site when needed. I'm based in Tulce, so I reach businesses in Poznań, Swarzędz, Kórnik or Luboń quickly.

When it's time to hand IT over

  • Your “IT person” is whoever on the team knows most — and their real work suffers.
  • Nobody knows whether backups actually work or who has access to which accounts.
  • A printer, Wi-Fi or email failure stops half a day's work.
  • A new starter waits two days for a configured laptop and access.

What support covers

Helpdesk with response times

Requests by phone, email or WhatsApp. Urgent issues are handled within an agreed time (e.g. 4 hours), the rest by priority.

Computers and accounts

Workstation set-up, updates, antivirus, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, creating and disabling accounts as your team changes.

Backup and security

3-2-1 backups with regular restore tests, MFA on accounts and basic incident procedures.

Network and hardware

Wi-Fi, router, printers, NAS. I advise on purchases so you don't overpay or buy things that won't work together.

How we start

  1. 01

    IT review (1–2 days)

I list hardware, accounts, services and backups. You get a list of risks, most urgent first.

  2. 02

    Clean-up

I fix the most urgent items: backup, MFA, old accounts, updates. Usually within the first month.

  3. 03

    Ongoing support

A monthly plan with hours and response times, or hourly billing — depending on company size.

  4. 04

    Monthly report

Short and jargon-free: what I did, what needs a decision, what's planned.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with businesses outside Poznań?

Yes. On site I cover Poznań and roughly 30 km around it (including Swarzędz, Kórnik, Luboń, Mosina, Suchy Las and Tarnowo Podgórne). Remotely, the whole of Poland.

What if you're unavailable?

Urgent requests have a contractual response time. Your environment is documented, so any IT professional can take over if ever needed.

Monthly plan or hourly?

With a few workstations and rare issues, hourly billing is enough. A plan pays off when you want guaranteed response times and proactive work (updates, monitoring, backup tests).

Can you help us prepare for NIS2?

Yes — support covers the basics (MFA, backup, updates, procedures), and full preparation is a separate project.
